June Weekly Content Calendar — Camping

1. Week 1 — Campsite selection & setup. Widowmakers overhead, dry washes and flood zones, wind exposure, securing shelters, lightning plans.
2. Week 2 — Fire & fuel. Fire restrictions, building, and drowning out a fire, stoves, and lanterns, carbon monoxide in tents and campers.
3. Week 3 — Food, water & wildlife. Canisters and hangs, scented items, water treatment methods, bear, and wildlife encounters, keeping a clean camp.
4. Week 4 — Bugs, plants & camp hygiene. Ticks and permethrin, tick checks and removal, mosquitoes, poison ivy and oak, snakes, handwashing, and waste.
